Medieval minstrels are perfect for creating the right banquet atmosphere and our musicians specialise in performing music from the middle ages on a impressive array of period instrument's including lutes, citoles, citterns, psalteries, symphony, fiddle, rebecs, flutes, cornamuse, crumhorns, recorders, bagpipes, harps, nakirs, sidedrum, hurdy gurdy, crumhorn, racket, shawm and of course the nakers - which is a double drum.

The Ceremony
For the wedding ceremony we believe that medieval music is best to create a fanfare and our minstrels are more than happy to provide the music. Needless to say, the music has to be very carefully chosen and we are open to requests within reason. Our singers can also present a medieval romantic song to serve as a reading if required. To conclude your murder mystery theatre, we have a presentation of your [ whodunit guest detectives ] denouements and a performance of the murder itself. The declared winners will be the whodunit guest detective team which solves your murder mystery party by scoring the most points,correctly answering the 3 M's [Murderer, Method, and Motive). Certificates and Prizes [ optional] are then awarded to the 'Super Sleuths' (Winning Team) and to the 'Most Defective Detectives' (Losing Team). The Banquet
If your wedding has a medieval theme, there is a good chance that you will like to create a banquet atmosphere. Medieval minstrels are essential for this. Musicians will stroll amongst your guests. Actors and storytellers will entertain your guests with medieval tales ranging from the hilariously funny tales from Chaucer through to the noble love ballads of the troubadours. Jesters will juggle, stiltwalk and carry out all manner of silly activities to amuse and amaze your guests. Last, but not least, our medieval knight can be used as a master of ceremonies or herald to introduce the food, the speeches and amuse all with japes, tales and games.

For a wedding with a historical theme, medieval dance makes a great way to follow the banquet. Our dance leader and musicians will guide you through a variety of period dances, including the branle, pavane and farandole. The style is lively and informal - a medieval ceilidh!
Jesters
Our Jesters are experienced entertainers who will be happy to perform during a banquet or at a medieval themed event, with a variety of skills including juggling, fire eating, stiltwalking, slack rope walking, magic and general foolery.
They are multi- talanted performers whose acts include lots of audience interaction and general fun and Tom foolery.
You can add fire eaters, fire breathers, stilt walkers and medieval magicians who use improvisational comedy to create a fasntastic medieval atmosphere.
